Screening you can see

Qualifications start as self-declared. When our team has checked them with the relevant source, your profile is marked verified, and employers see that status alongside your application.

Editing your profile resets the review, so what employers see is always what was checked.

Questions

Does it cost anything to create a profile?

No. Creating a candidate profile and applying for vacancies is free.

Who can see my profile?

Our administrators can review it. An employer sees your profile and contact details only after you apply for one of their vacancies.

What does "verified" mean?

An administrator has checked your stated qualifications with the relevant source outside this platform. It doesn't replace an employer's own checks or guarantee employment.

What should I leave out of my profile?

Don't add identity numbers, medical details, passwords or confidential documents. Your licences, ratings and expiry dates are what employers need.

How do employers get approved?

After you register your company, an administrator confirms it. Once approved, you can submit vacancies for review.
